Be honest, how many times have you worried yourself, sometimes to the point of illness, about a certain situation and it never happened?
Or thought “I had nothing to worry about” because in the end it all worked out?
On nearly every occasion that we are uncertain or anxious about the future, the end result is nothing like we imagined, and actually turns out much better.
But here’s the catch, by that point, consider the “moments” that you and I have lost in unnecessary worry and suffering. Moments we will never get back.
This week take care of yourself as you consider the frailty of worry and it’s impact on your precious life.
Remember. It all turns out ok.
My Best Wishes, Ian Tucker.
